Just Say No To The Pain

*Warning - There is the potential for this to be triggering.*

All of this will be worth it if just one person is helped.

Here, I'm hoping to create a haven to help people dealing with the problems associated with self harming, and ultimately hoping to stop as many people as possible self harming.
If you ever need to speak to anyone, then the ask box to this tumblr is always open, and I'm an internet junkie so it is incredibly likely that I will be online to speak to you.
Please feel free to share your advice or story with me and the people reading.
Hopefully, together, we can successfully stop self harm for good.

If you send me a private message (not on anon) I will always reply to it privately, unless stated otherwise. All anon messages will be posted to the page.

This is a secondary blog, so sadly I cannot follow you back here, but I am more than happy to follow you with my personal blog.

Just gonna ad a few more

  • Call a friend
  • Look in the mirror naked—think only good things
  • Watch your favorite childhood movie and take yourself back to that time
  • Try on anything funky—your parents vintage, old costumes or even your own
  • Write a journal, whether you plan to continue or not
  • Blast music and dance like everyone is watching and you don’t even care
  • Brush your hair 100 times
  • Go for a run, or a bike ride, just get out and work out
  • Try meditation—go to your happy place
  • Anything else! :)

I’m afraid the answer is yes

No. It seems the scars will never fade.
